I Didn’t Get It Back Then… But I Do Now

When I first watched Field of Dreams, I remember thinking it was just a movie about baseball and a guy chasing ghosts.
But now? After everything I’ve lived through loss, healing, awakening, and building something from scratch—I finally get it.

That movie wasn’t just about a field.
It was about faith.
About answering a calling no one else hears.
About showing up even when you have no proof it’s working.
About building something sacred when logic says it’s a waste of time.

And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing.

When I walked away from my old life the job, the pain, the patterns I had no map. No followers. No money. Just a whisper in my spirit telling me, “There’s more.”

So I started.
Journaling.
Healing.
Learning how to work from home.
Telling my story online.
Trying things that scared me.

Every action felt like planting a seed no one could see yet.
And every day, I had to water them with faith.

There were so many days I felt crazy.
Talking to no one online.
Building a blog from scratch.
Starting work-from-home jobs that didn’t “look” successful yet.
Rebuilding my entire life from nothing.

But deep down, I knew:
“If I keep building, someone will show up who needs this.”
And eventually… they did.
The first comment. The first message. The first subscriber.
One by one, people began to show up not just for what I built, but for who I was becoming.

Field of Dreams taught me this: it’s not just about building—it’s about why you build.

I wasn’t building just for money.
I was building for peace.
For legacy.
For freedom.
For my son.
For the little girl inside me who never felt safe enough to dream big.
And that energy? That’s what people feel.
They can sense your alignment.
They’re not just drawn to your product or service.
They’re drawn to your presence.

We live in a world that glorifies instant gratification.
But healing, alignment, and purpose? They grow at soul speed.

I’m not where I want to be yet.
But I’ve seen the fruit of my faith in the people I’ve touched, the income I’ve created, the peace I’ve reclaimed.

Everything I’m building is sacred.
Because it was born from pain, watered with prayer, and aligned with purpose.

And just like in the movie…
They showed up.
Because I built it.

Are you building something sacred that no one sees yet?
Message me the word “FIELD” and I’ll send you a voice note or tools that helped me stay aligned while building in silence.

Closing Reflection

The first time I watched Field of Dreams, I didn’t understand the message.
Now I live it.

Build it in faith.
Show up in love.
Create like they’re already coming.
Because they are.

You don’t need everyone.
You just need the ones who are meant for you.
